We built STR Sync Suite after living the same problem thousands of hosts face: reservations in one system, guest communication in another, pricing somewhere else, and operations spread across spreadsheets and group chats.

Why we built this

Running a short-term rental portfolio means juggling a calendar for every OTA, a guest message thread for every conversation, a pricing tool that doesn't talk to any of it, and a set of spreadsheets holding the whole operation together with duct tape.

STR Sync Suite exists to collapse that sprawl into one workspace — so a host's time goes toward guests and properties, not toward reconciling five different dashboards before breakfast.

We're still early, and we build in the open with the operators who use the product every day. If something about the platform doesn't fit how you run your rentals, we want to hear about it.
